SEALMASTER is Edda's automatic case sealing machine for pre-cut, pre-scored cardboard boxes in FEFCO 0410 style — the natural downstream partner for Edda's CNC box-on-demand cutters (NEOBOX, OPTIBOX, CORBOX, C-SUITE), closing and hot-melt gluing the flaps of each cut box automatically across 3 sealing stations.
Drawing 8 kW on 380V three-phase power, SEALMASTER is built for continuous production environments and is commonly paired directly downstream of Edda's NEOBOX, OPTIBOX, CORBOX, or C-SUITE cutting machines to fully automate the box-on-demand workflow from flat cardboard sheet to finished, sealed case.
Pre-cut, pre-scored FEFCO 0410 boxes (typically produced by an Edda CNC cutting machine) are fed into SEALMASTER, where the 3 sealing stations fold the bottom flaps and apply hot-melt adhesive heated to a controlled temperature inside the 20–210°C range, sealing each box ready for packing. The machine's wide width, length, and height ranges allow a single SEALMASTER to handle a broad mix of box sizes without retooling.
